Ground Beef Taco Dip
1 lb Lean Ground Beef 3/4 c Water 2 envelopes Taco Seasoning, divided 2 c Fat Free Sour Cream 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened 2 c Shredded Iceberg Lettuce 1 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese 3 medium Tomatoes, finely chopped 1 medium Green Pepper, finely chopped 2.25 oz Sliced Ripe Olives, drained |
In large skillet, cook and crumble beef over medium heat until no longer pink, 4-6 minutes; drain. Add water and 1 envelope taco seasoning; cook until thickened. Cool slightly. Beat sour cream, cream cheese, and remaining taco seasoning until blended. Spread in a 3-quart dish; add ground beef. Top with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, pepper, and olives. |
